Acceleration is key to many sports and athletic activities.

Speed and acceleration are critical components of success in just about all sports. Whether you're sprinting down the track, making a quick cut on the court, or chasing after a soccer ball, your ability to move your feet swiftly and accelerate rapidly can be the game changer. There are several techniques to use but a couple of the techniques that we use at PAP Sports are strength training and plyometrics. Through strength training a body is gaining muscle and muscle memory. As muscle increases, stability and balance also increase. Using plyometric exercises increases explosive power allowing one to generate more force into the ground which leads to faster acceleration.
