About Coach

Growing up, Jason played multiple sports. He was the point guard on his basketball team, slot receiver on his football team, and ran various events on track and field. Jason did go to State in track and field, and he still holds multiple records in track and field and football at his High School. Jason always knew he would be involved in athletics as he has a passion for competition and helping others succeed. Jason will share with you that life is full of twists and turns and that it is not always about the result, but how you get there. He has learned to always push himself because we are all capable of so much more than we realize.

Turning Point

Growing up, Jason had a passion to learn but struggled with dyslexia, ADD, and ADHD. Before he was diagnosed, a lot of his teachers at a young age counted him out and some even told him he wouldn't make it far. He lived with this self-doubt for a long time before he was diagnosed correctly and offered help. When he met his now-wife, he shared with her that he wanted to return to college and get his degree. They tackled his fears, and he ultimately received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and is now in the last semester of his Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning. Finding out that he can do what he wanted and finally having the support that we all deserve really was the turning point for Jason.

Motivation & Passion

Jason's purpose for coaching is to help others be the best versions of themselves they can be. Jason is impassioned to serve anyone who has a desire to work on themselves. He specifically loves to work with those that lack self-confidence because he is motivated by helping them understand what they can accomplish if they put their mind to it. Jason is a very supportive coach and will help do what it takes to keep you accountable.
